Ex Duris Gloria..

well that pretty much sums it up.. Latin Proverbs can really come in handy to describe things..
& this one is going to be my Motto for now.

I've decided with a little ahem, help... ( big Thanks to you all. .:)
that I'm not going to let all this get the better of me , I'm not going to give in to the edges of whatever depression keeps trying to overwhelm me ..& I'm gonna just apparently "buck up"

From hard things, glory.

It doesn't get anymore perfect than that. Great motto.

Whoo-hoo! That a girl!! Come on, hop on the FEEL GOOD train! Choo-Choo!!! I just keep thinking that even though it's snowing and cold out, that soon Spring will be here and I'm NOT going to be complaining AGAIN that I had so much time to get my body in shape and ONCE AGAIN I didn't. THIS year WILL be different. YOU are in charge woman. TAKE CONTROL!!!

Hey there! Got your message. I'm surprised anyone still checks up on me, it's been so long. Yeah, I hear ya on specialists, I never get any resolve either and that's why I'm thinking of canceling if this thing gets better in the next week. What is it with doctors? My daughter just spend 4 weeks in this boot type cast thing for an undiagnosed ankle injury. She goes to PT yesterday and we find out that she has very flat feet and that is making her ankle turn inward, REALLY inward. It's so noticeable now that they've showed us. Now, why didn't the Dr. see this???? We wasted all these weeks when she could have already started with PT on it!
