Still sloggin thru the kids being gone..*sigh* been a good girl & doin the Arc trainer even tho it's causin me grief :( & missing Jamie while he's at work..
but at leastI can say we have had fun on the weekends. -- & YES we really are nuts enough to think ANY excuse to dress up is a GOOD thing :)
we went to a "Caribbean" themed party that friends had.. got to try all sorts of fun recipes ( can't help it I'm a foodie by nature ok?) ..but I won't torment you & tell you all about the Coconut rice or the Prawn & Sea Bass curry I made...& I definitely won't mention the Jalapeno corn bread or the Banana fritters ... :)
& for once I got to go out wearing something TOTALLY comfy ..gotta love loose sundresses..not the least bit flattering .. but comfy as heck!
Now if someone could just make this damn rain go away ..I might find something to smile about ..
